Depending on the individual requirements, the heat in the individual rooms can be regulated by separate heating circuits.

In comparison to the conventional base plate, a thermo floor plate is more expensive, but these initial costs pay off soon. In addition, the underfloor heating is already part of the overall package. Another plus: less concrete is required. The living climate in the house is isolated from the climatic environmental conditions, which is why the thermo floor plate is the perfect basis for passive houses.

The construction of thermo floor panels
